Our goal is to ensure that you completely enjoy your time with us.

The following tips will help you to make the most of your time at JABEZ...

• For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior. This will allow enough time for a spa tour, changing into spa attire, and a consultation. If you desire extra time to relax
and unwind, please come in 20 minutes prior to your visit and enjoy some AVEDA© Comforting Tea as you settle in.

• Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapist will discuss a complete overview of
the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort.

• We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the spa to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire.

Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. If no notice is given, a 25% cancellation fee may be charged to your credit card.

Children
Parents, please note: It is essential to make child care arrangements prior to your JABEZ experience so that you and all clients may enjoy it to the fullest. For their safety all children must have supervision and remain in waiting area.

Cell-phones
We ask that you please turn cell phones off or on silent. This will help all clients relax and enjoy their services. JABEZ would like to thank you for letting us serve you.
