Classic/Swedish Massage
Classical massage consists of long, smooth, flowing strokes and gentle transitions designed to warm and relax tissues in preparation for such techniques as stroking, kneading, and applying pressure.  This massage will relax, revitalize and renew your body.  $60 (Members no additional charge)

Deep Tissue Massage
The type of deep tissue massage will be determined after a consultation with your therapist. $75 (Members $15.00)

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy
A barefoot massage technique using deep compression strokes that glide over the body creating a structural change in chronic soft tissue damage. $75 (Members $15.00)   

Sports Massage
Sports massage can be used to get an athlete ready to compete, support their bodies while they compete, or help it recover after an event. $75 (Members $15.00)

Reflexology Massage
Reflexology is an ancient healing art based on the principles of reflexes in the hands and feet that correspond to every part, organ, and gland in the body. $60 (Members no additional charge.)

Maternity Massage
Nurture yourself and your little one with a soothing massage designed to promote total body relaxation and target areas where expectant mothers need a little extra attention. *Not recommended during the first trimester. $60 (Members no additional charge.)

Men's Pure Focus Facial
